High School OWL Counselors
High School OWL Counselors play a valuable role at OWL. At any given time, they're asked to be mentors, instructors, coaches, caretakers, supervisors, and outdoor scientists. They are the "glue" that holds the team together and the role-model the 6th grade students want to be! OWL would not be possible without these aspiring leaders! However it's often the High School OWL Counselors who get more out of OWL than the 6th graders. The leadership skills they develop benefit them for a lifetime. For many, it's a transformative experience that defines the path they take for the rest of their lives.
